As a family owned and operated company Teph Seal Auto Appearance operates detail/reconditioning centers in auto dealerships across the United States. Our Company is looking to strengthen our team with the addition of a Regional Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

In this role we are seeking a candidate that will be proactive and self-starting. 

 

The individual will work remotely completing various administrative level tasks including

  • Researching invoice discrepancies to include interfacing with the accounting department at the region’s dealerships as well as Teph Seal's Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Departments
  • Communicating with field managers regarding missing documentation
  • Scheduling meetings, assist with job postings, recruiting and new hire onboarding and any other duties assigned by the Regional Vice President or District Managers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats
  • Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Qualifications

  • The individual must be able to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
  • Strong communication skills, with demonstration of active listening and with focus on accuracy with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated organizational acumen and ability to multi-task with effortless transition from one task to another
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to collaborate with others to resolve problems
  • Experience in a customer or employee facing service position with emphasis on inquiry resolution, resource education or redirection.
  • Must have strong computer and database application skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Prior related work experience
